Mitch Baker grew up in a small Southern town with values rooted in hard work, fairness, and community. He went on to earn both his undergraduate and law degrees from Wake Forest University, launching a career dedicated to helping people navigate some of life’s most challenging moments.
For more than 40 years, Mitch served clients across Southeastern North Carolina through his firm, Baker Law Firm PLLC. He assisted thousands of individuals in matters ranging from estate administration and wills to investment fraud, insurance disputes, and personal injury cases. With deep experience in litigation and a sharp eye for detail, Mitch developed a reputation for integrity, personal attention, and successful outcomes in both State and Federal courts.
